The much-loved tortilla chip brand worked with Jaywing to refresh its communications strategy for a new, younger


audience. To make the communication credible and relevant to a millennial audience, Jaywing coined the new tagline ‘For The Bold’, and created social content that would stop thumbs and catch attention within the consumer’s newsfeed. The agency used a variety of creative content, including cinemographs and 3D GIFs to engage a switched-on and impatient audience. The campaign saw Doritos move up 59 places to number fi ve in The Grocer’s Top 100 on social media, and secured a digital ROI of 535 per cent YoY.
