e have been fortunate enough to work with a number of local

and national agents as well as independent homeowners providing cleaning, laundry and management services for over 15 years. Those experiences have enabled us to understand completely, from the inside out what works and what doesn’t. Just over 12 months ago and

At the core of our business is the belief that both owners and guests receive a personal and hands-on approach to the entire experience. From the initial enquiry to arriving at their chosen destination, we’re here to help.

...it feels like he is as enthusiastic about my seaside home as I am!”

driven by customer demand, we embarked on a new venture not only servicing properties but also offering a letting option through our sister company Your Devon Escape. We have used our experience of being first-hand service providers as well as guests at several holiday homes to help create an exciting, fresh, and dynamic addition to the holiday letting industry. The aim of this was to be able to offer owners a multitude of benefits now missing from the more recognised national companies, those being:

● Independent and locally owned providing a hands-on approach to letting

● Focused on quality not quantity

● Committed to finding properties guests would want to re-visit

● Attractive commission rates

● Off-set service costs meaning even short breaks (which are more popular than ever) are a viable option

● No ‘minimum’ letting period

● In-house assistance with cleaning and laundry services

2022 has gone incredibly well for us and were excited to be able to showcase some fantastic properties and ask that you take a look at the website and marketing channels, much of which is focused around our popular and dynamic social media (https:// www.instagram.com/your_devon_ escape/) which allows us to use up to date ads and posts designed to engage and appeal. Our newly designed website has also attracted positive feedback with users finding it engaging

and easy to navigate. We’re delighted to share with you some feedback

from our current owners and we’re now on the lookout for further properties. Should you wish to explore the possibility of joining us, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.
