Flavia, who recently moved to the area with her husband, actor Jimi Mistry, says, “After years of competing internationally and performing on stage and TV, I’m happy to share my knowledge and experience with my Dance With Flavia classes and courses”. Flavia, a firm favourite with Strictly fans, appeared in seven series of the show lifting the glitterball in 2012 with Olympic gymnast Louis Smith. As well as Strictly Flavia also toured the UK extensively for eight years with four different theatre shows, including the Olivier- nominated Midnight Tango. She
has also appeared in several other TV productions and performed at prestigious events like The Proms and The Royal Variety show. So what can people expect from your dance classes? “I offer a range of classes, including DanceHiiT, my dance fitness workout class which I have devised. I’m also a qualified personal trainer and DanceHiiT is not only a great way to learn to dance but also great at improving
your core, balance & agility. I also hold singles classes in ballroom & Latin, perfect for people who want to dance but don’t have a partner. There are also my beginner’s couples classes and courses”. Flavia also offers private tuition at all levels and a special wedding dance package. “I get a lot of people wanting me to help them with the 1st dance at their wedding.
