INSTITUTE NEWS year ended 31 December 2021
The charity has a rolling five-year Strategic Plan, and is committed to providing first-class professional development for its members and recruiting new members in the UK and overseas – with a continued emphasis on apprentices, craftspersons, and technicians. A special focus on the member balance is being addressed, which looks at the Diversity and Inclusivity of the Institute, and the wider healthcare engineering sector.
