New training centre to be highlighted
Eastwood Park Training will be returning to Healthcare Estates with the latest information about its specialist, hands-on training, now delivered from a new ‘state- of-the-art’ centre. Established for 53 years, Eastwood

Flexible and lower-cost uninterruptible power

It said: “Battery energy storage systems provide the same instantaneous emergency power as other UPS systems, but without the significant losses that can inflate energy bills and carbon emissions. Their greater flexibility can also further reduce costs by purchasing power from the grid during off-peak periods, or generating new revenue through grid balancing services. BESS can also be used to store power from on-site generation such as solar PV, or buffer high demand technologies like rapid EV charging.”
