“We’re proud to say we have managed to go live with our first partner in the market. We’re confident they will be the first of many as we look to roll out our portfolio of high-quality games. Keep an eye out for the press releases which will announce the partnerships shortly, showing just how keen we are to continue down this path and expand our customer base.” Tamas Kusztos
and we want to be the number one supplier for new players.
Claudia: We only recently entered the Swiss market, so we are still a newcomer. Our games are available via a platform provider currently, but we will also be able to provide Swiss operators via our proprietary RGS. A big part of our portfolio is classic fruit machine slots, and we expect they will have a big appeal to local players.
Tis is one of the reasons we decided to enter Switzerland, as we have seen our games perform well in markets with a similar land- based history. We are very excited about the potential of this lucrative region and look forward to further evolving and tailoring our offering once we start receiving local data.

What does the future hold for Switzerland’s iGaming market? Can it maintain its strong growth?
Claudia: Te Swiss market is unique in the sense that only locally licensed land-based operators are allowed to offer online gaming in the country. Tere are still several brands that haven’t launched online so there is potential for growth in that sense.
However, with a population of just over eight million people it’s safe to assume that too many operators in the market is unsustainable. What will be crucial is ensuring that the offering is constantly evolving to suit player preferences and demographics so that customers will come back.
Operators can differentiate themselves by offering exclusive content from studios as this
will make them stand out and will help expansion as well. As a company that has recently entered the market, we have high hopes for the future and look forward to working together with local operators to offer entertaining and engaging products and help grow the Swiss market.
Michael: I think growth in the Swiss market might become slower, it has already enjoyed substantial growth in years during the pandemic, I’m not sure, if this growth can be prolonged forever. As previously mentioned, the illegal market in Switzerland is quite an issue as well.
Regulators need to be careful when it comes to prohibiting marketing and product development with regulated brands, players will begin turning to those operating within the shadows due to the uneven playing field.
Tamas: Switzerland’s next generation of players will have been born and raised in the online world, in which all forms of iGaming will be second nature. As a result, I expect to see continuous growth in the market for many years to come.
Tis is good news for casinos and suppliers alike. Te emerging demographic will be seeking different and fresh concepts, which will naturally increase the quality of content and the quantity available.
Andrzej: Switzerland is a market where plenty of customers have expendable income, which lends itself well to leisure activities – such as gaming. However, its growth will always be limited due to only land-based operators being able to gain online licences, ensuring there are only a few partnerships that can be formed.
Te important thing will be continuing to evolve the product offering to keep it interesting for players in the market – where a close eye on player preferences is vital.
It’s a good market to be present in. Tree years after Switzerland loosened its gambling regulations to permit online gambling, the continued indicators are that it will maintain its impressive growth, and we can’t wait to play a part in that process.
