LINGONBERRIES
A DELICACY FROM SWEDEN
Dark chocolate chip cookies with lingonberry and pecan.
If you want something sweet without any fuss – these chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously easy to make. Want to get even more creative? Try switching the dark chocolate to white chocolate instead.
Ingredients Butter, softened White sugar
Light brown sugar Eggs
Vanilla Flour Salt
Baking soda Pecans, chopped Lingonberry Jam 1 cup
1/2 cup 3/4 cup 2
1 tsp
2+1/4 cups 1/4 tsp 1 tsp
1/2 cup
dark chocolate chips 1+1/2 cups Felix®
1 cup
Method 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda.
3. Stir in pecans, chocolate chips and Felix®
Lingonberry Jam.
4. Drop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough onto parchment paper on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
