BOOST HEALTH in 2021

with Joy Bauer 1

STAY HYDRATED

Flat and bubbled water is always a smart choice, and if you’re looking for more flavor, try this mocktail:

Pineapple Moscow Mule Mocktail: In the bottom of a large glass

(or copper mug), mix together ½ tsp grated fresh ginger and 2 tsp fresh lime juice. Top with

ice, 1 cup LaCroix Lime Sparkling Water and 2 tbsp pineapple juice. (Makes 1 mocktail; 20 calories)
