March 2026 ViTrox: Advanced Inspection and Smart Mfg.
HUTTO, TX — ViTrox will showcase its full suite of turnkey, intelligent inspection and smart manufacturing solutions at APEX Expo 2026. Designed to support high-density electronics, advanced packaging, and Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives, ViTrox’s portfolio combines high-resolution imaging, robotics, artificial intelligence, and end-to-end trace- ability to improve quality, throughput, and operational efficiency. Among the featured technologies is the
V810Ai QX1 Smart 3D AXI, an AI-powered in- spection platform delivering ultra-high-resolu- tion imaging down to 2 µm. Utilizing propri- etary SmartTone imaging and advanced 3D CT, the system reliably inspects complex and heavily shaded structures while optimizing
programming and defect verification to strengthen traceability and productivity from NPI through volume production. Complementing it, the award-winning
V810i S3 Smart 3D AXI provides dual-lane throughput with up to 50% faster cycle times, combining high-resolution X-ray imaging with AI-driven analysis and closed-loop data inte- gration for comprehensive hidden defect de- tection.
ViTrox will also present advanced robot-
ic and optical inspection solutions, including the V9i smart robotic optical system ARV, which uses a 6-axis robotic arm to automate multi-angle inspection for conformal coating and final assembly. The V510Ai R smart 3D AOI offers robotic, high-precision 3D inspec-
tion with 2-in-1 capability for conformal coat- ing and final assembly, including coating thickness measurement down to 25 µm. For advanced packaging and microelectronics, the V510i smart 3D AOI delivers high-speed, high-accuracy 3D measurement for reflective die, wire bonds, and lead frames, while the V510Ai DST smart 3D AOI provides award- winning dual-sided inspection with simulta- neous 2D and 3D analysis and extensive back-end assembly coverage. Supporting identification and traceabili-
ty, the VisionXpert Smart Code Reader (XS Series) uses deep learning and adaptive auto-tuning to ensure fast, accurate code ac- quisition in dynamic production environ- ments. The V-Trace solution integrates intel- ligent inspection, smart cameras, and centralized data storage to enable real-time defect detection, simplified operator review, and secure inspection history for com- pliance and RMA verification. ViTrox will also highlight its
Manufacturing Intelligence Solu - tions powered by the V-ONE plat- form, which delivers real-time monitoring, AI-driven insights, predictive maintenance, and self- healing capabilities through tools such as Control Tower, ONEView,
and Process Insights. Contact: ViTrox Americas,

Retainers TYNGSBOROUGH, MA — Transition Automation is high- lighting recent advancements of its Soft Touch™ paste retainer system.
Transition Automation to Showcase Paste
Introduced in 2020, the Soft
Touch paste retainer system has seen rapid adoption. The Soft Touch paste retainer system was engineered specifically to im- prove solder paste management at the stencil. In SMT printing, uncon-
trolled solder paste movement can lead to edge bleed, paste waste, inconsistent deposits, and frequent operator intervention. By keeping paste confined to
the active PCB print area, the re- tainers help maintain consistent paste roll behavior, reduce smearing outside the print zone, and minimize paste drying at the
stencil edges. Contact: Transition Automa - tion, 5 Trader Circle, Building D,
