March 2026 ElEctronic Mfg Products ViscoTec Updates preeflow Control System
KENNESAW, GA — ViscoTec’s preeflow® brand has introduced new features for its eco-CON- TROL EC200 2.0, strengthening process reliability, efficiency, and quality assurance in indus- trial dispensing applications. Designed for use with the
eco-PEN, eco-DUO, and eco- SPRAY dispenser series, preeflow
even further. A new preventive mainte-
nance function provides predic- tive service alerts via a visual progress bar and advance notifi- cations. The system also tracks sta-
tor replacement intervals based on actual dosing performance, helping manufacturers maintain consistent quality and avoid unplanned downtime. The external stop fea-

control units are available in tabletop, monitor, and built-in versions. They offer intuitive op- eration, simple program creation, comprehensive process monitor- ing with data export, and ad- vanced diagnostics. The latest up- dates expand these capabilities
ture enables seamless inte- gration into complex produc- tion environments. By moni- toring connected equip ment, the control system can halt dispensing within millisec- onds if a fault is detected, preventing defective parts and ensuring rapid recovery once the issue is resolved. With component sig-
nal, multiple short dispensing
steps on a single part can now be evaluated through one consoli- dated pressure recording. This delivers a complete quality as- sessment of the entire compo- nent, improving traceability and reducing inspection effort. Finally, the integral func-
tion calculates total dispensed volume using the time integral of dosing pressure. Especially valu- able for short cycle applications, it compares measured output to a learned reference, ensuring precise quantity control and
minimizing scrap. Contact: ViscoTec America,

SHENMAO Develops Jet Dispensing Solder Paste
EL PASO, TX — SHENMAO Technology, Inc., has introduced PF606-P266J, a high-perform- ance solder paste engineered specifically for jet dispensing processes. Designed to meet the demands of non-contact solder deposition, PF606-P266J deliv- ers stable jetting, consistent droplet formation, and reliable solder joint quality under high- frequency dispensing conditions. PF606-P266J features a
halogen-free flux system that provides excellent wetting be- havior, low residue, and strong solder joint reliability while sup- porting environmental compli- ance requirements. The formula- tion is optimized to perform con-
sistently across a wide range of dispensing parameters. The solder paste is compati-
ble with ultra-fine solder pow- ders ranging from Type 5 to Type 7, with tightly controlled particle size distribution. PF606-P266J is available in
multiple alloy options. In addition to PF606 (SAC305), the product can be supplied in high-reliability alloys suitable for automotive and industrial electronics, as well as
low-temperature alloys. Contact: SHENMAO Ameri-
