WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Heraeus Electronics is show- casing a broad portfolio of assem- bly materials focused on power module and advanced electronics applications at APEX Expo 2026. Heraeus Electronics will
display a wide range of solder- ing, sintering, and preform solu- tions, emphasizing material choices that allow manufacturers to balance performance, reliabili- ty, and cost. Products on display will include Microbond® SMT660 Innolot®, SMT650 SAC305, mAgic® PE338 die-attach materi- als, mAgic® PE360 sintering paste, and Microbond® solder preforms. A key theme of the Heraeus
Electronics exhibit will be mod- ule attach, with side-by-side ma- terial options for different prod-
Systems NORTH TONOWANDA, NY — NOVAIR USA is showcasing its flagship NITROSWING® nitro- gen generation system at APEX Expo 2026. The company will demonstrate how electronics manufacturers — especially SMT and PCB assembly operations — can move away from delivered liquid nitrogen and produce their own ultra-high-purity nitrogen right on the production floor. The NITROSWING line is
built around NOVAIR’s patented modular PSA platform, designed specifically for the demands of SMT reflow, wave soldering, selec- tive solder, inerting, and dry stor- age. The system delivers nitrogen up to 99.999% purity and supports everything from typical assembly-
line O2 targets (<1,000 ppm) down to the ultra-low oxygen environ- ments required for high-reliability and aerospace work. The combination of high puri-
ty, modular scalability, and sim- ple operation makes the unit well- suited for EMS providers, mid- range SMT factories, and any op- eration looking to eliminate the recurring cost and logistics of liq- uid nitrogen deliveries. According to NOVAIR’s 2025 analysis of ni- trogen use in electronics manufac- turing, many PCB assemblers now consume enough nitrogen that on-site generation offers a
fast return on investment. Contact: NOVAIR USA

uct priorities. For applications requiring the highest thermal and mechanical performance, Heraeus will highlight large- area silver sintering using mAgic PE360. For manufacturers seek- ing a lower-cost alternative while maintaining strong relia- bility, Heraeus will feature its Microbond solder preforms based on Innolot and Innolot 2.0 alloys. The mAgic PE360 sintering
material has set a new bench- mark for large-area module at- tachment by delivering uniform bond lines, void-free, and highly
reliable thermal paths. Unlike traditional sintering materials
that require high pressure and complex handling, PE360 sinters at relatively low pressure and temperature. Available in both printing (PE360P) and dispens- ing (PE361D) formats, the mate- rial supports flexible process in- tegration across a range of as-
sembly environments. Contact: Heraeus, Inc., 24
