NOVI, MI — The Battery Show North America has an impres- sive lineup of keynote speakers slated for this year, including Charles Poon, global director of electrified systems engineering at Ford Motor Company and Tim Grewe, general director of elec- trification strategy and cell engi- neering at General Motors. The show is scheduled for September 14-16, 2022 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan. The Battery Show’s expertly
curated four-track conference features immersive tracks span- ning new methods of advanced battery design and latest tech- nologies, battery manufacturing
development, and newly added forecasts of the market supply chain and regulatory outlook. The three-day educational
event brings together battery and EV/HEV manufacturers, industry experts, thought lead- ers, and academics to discuss and help solve manufacturing, supply chain and production challenges. Each conference day kicks

IPC Establishes European Subsidiary
BANNOCKBURN, IL — To bet- ter support its European mem- bers’
interests, IPC has
announced the formation of IPC Electronics Europe GmbH. The subsidiary was officially regis- tered with the German govern- ment on May 4, 2022. The new entity’s main office is located in central Munich. John W. Mitchell, IPC presi-
dent and CEO commented, “While we have been actively engaged and successful in Europe for more than 30 years,
having a legal entity here now enhances our ability to serve the regional electronics industry and our membership in newer and bolder ways with renewed vigor.” “We are very excited about
