standard with Windows 10, a simple-to-use but comprehensive software that quickly and effi- ciently locates a fluxing/solder- ing path, allowing fluxing speed, soldering speed, solder height and dwell time to be edited. Also, all flux types, solder
types and solder nozzle types can be recorded for future repeat pro- duction, and all parameters re- lated to stable soldering quality are monitored, including nitro- gen pressure, nitrogen flow, pu- rity and more. Generally, this software provides a fully control- lable environment for a stable soldering quality with repeata- bility.
Agility and Speed AEMS’ equipment sets are
designed to support miniaturiza- tion,
flexibility, and speed,
meaning it has the ability to set up and run a prototype lot of five units and quickly scale to 100,000 units. This provides ex- treme value to customers that need manufacturing support, are in the process of onshoring, or simply need a trusted, quality manufacturing facility.
Trust and relationships play
a significant role in AEMS’ strat- egy. Dow added that he and the team create long-lasting partner- ships, working together to identi- fy customers’ needs and provide solutions that fuel success. The company reaches this
level of trust with customers by consistently exceeding expecta- tions and producing high-quality products while providing on-time delivery, excellent customer service, complying with all re- quirements, continually improv- ing its quality management serv- ices (QMS), and staying updated on its quality and industry certi- fications. AEMS also stands out from
the myriad other EMS providers by focusing not just on quality, but on innovation. Dow said, “At AEMS, we pride ourselves on driving the forefront of technolo- gy in all aspects of our business from quality and technology to equipment sets, turnaround times, and service.”
1 Click SMT 1 Click SMT manufactures
selective soldering, wave solder- ing and printed circuit board (PCB) handling equipment un- der the Sasinno brand. The brand stands for “Smart and Steady Innovation.” For other equipment, such as AOI, reflow ovens, conformal coating, dis- pensing, printers, SPI, odd inser- tion, etc., the company has an ex- perienced engineering team to source these machines and qual- ify them.
Additionally, it has estab- lished a strong worldwide distri-
bution channel. The company has well-trained engineers to support its customers in any lo- cation.
Additionally, the ANT-i1 en-
ables AEMS to reduce assembly time by eliminating hand solder- ing, and most importantly, main- taining perfect soldering quality. Dow added that the system com- plements the tight tolerances and demanding needs of AEMS’ customer base. Because of the quality that
the ANT-i1 provides and because AEMS appreciates its partner- ship with 1 Click SMT, it has now been designated as the com-
pany’s west coast showroom. “Our partnership with 1 Click SMT is such that if they wish to bring a guest into the facility, we will provide a technical escort to demonstrate and share our expe- rience with their equipment,” he added. “In return, they keep us abreast of their new technologies and provide us with exceptional support. This successful relation- ship provides benefits to both parties as well as to potential customers.” 1 Click SMT CEO Leo Peng
says, “We make it our business to know and understand what our customers like AEMS need
so that we can provide the best solution to them. For close to two decades, we have worked hard to achieve our reputation of quality, efficiency and cost-ef- fectiveness.” Contact: Absolute EMS, 555
