Julian Sargent, Style’s Group Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Sjors on board and he brings with him a clear vision as to how we will further develop our national service and repair network, giving customers first class service – whether it’s a routine visit or an emergency repair.”

Sjors Kuijs added: “It’s a real honour to join the UK’s market leading moveable walls provider. Style’s service and repairs business operates as a separate company so that it can focus purely on aftersales support – starting from the moment a new wall has been installed, but also supporting many older walls - even ones that Style didn’t originally install.

“As exclusive UK partners to DORMA and Skyfold, no other company apart from Style has the capability, skills or technology to service and repair these walls and, thanks to our five regional offices, we have engineers close by wherever you are in the country,” he continued.

saying: “We are thrilled to have been recognised in this way. Our environmental strategy runs across the entire operation, from head office to each site that we manage. We scrutinise every area of the business and make sure that all staff and suppliers adhere to our policies. As a family-run SME business, we never expected to beat larger players, but it just shows that we can all make a difference.”

Cleanology services a wide range of customers including Harrods, Smeg and The Good Housekeeping Institute. In addition to ISO:14001 accreditation, the company operates a 100% hybrid

The judges commented: “Whilst all the entrants demonstrated excellent environmental qualities, Cleanology was the one company that considered a fully rounded and complete approach to environmental considerations in their submission.

Judging was independently overseen by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). Stan Atkins, CEO at the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) added: “What stood out to the judges this year is that those companies who are helping to raise standards in the industry are those that are most committed to investment and training.”
