Delphis Eco re-certified as B Corp
British sustainable cleaning brand Delphis Eco has been officially re-certified as a B Corporation, reaffirming its continued leadership in responsible business and environmental innovation.
This third certification marks another milestone in Delphis Eco’s ongoing mission to combine commercial success with social and environmental impact. When the company first achieved B Corp status back in 2018, there were fewer than 200 certified businesses in the UK. Today, that number has surpassed 2,600, reflecting how the movement for purposeful, transparent and accountable business has flourished, with Delphis Eco proudly at the forefront.
Founded by Mark Jankovich in 2007, Delphis Eco has long led the way in sustainable cleaning manufacturing, producing high-performance, plant-based products packaged in bottles made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic. The business continues to champion a circular economy model, transparent carbon reporting and UK-based manufacturing that minimises waste and emissions.
Mark Jankovich, Founder and CSO of Delphis Eco, said: “Becoming a B Corp was always about holding ourselves accountable to the highest possible standards.
“Re-certification is never a box-ticking exercise – it’s a deep reflection of who we are, how we work and what we stand for. I’m incredibly proud of our team for constantly pushing forward, improving year after year, and proving that sustainability and profitability can thrive together.”
The B Corp assessment measures impact across five key areas – governance, workers, community,
environment and customers – and requires a minimum score of 80 to qualify. Delphis Eco’s latest certification further demonstrates its commitment to operating with transparency, accountability and purpose beyond profit.
As one of the UK’s first cleaning brands to gain B Corp certification and recipient of both the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development (2022) and a Royal Warrant for sustainable cleaning products, Delphis Eco is an industry pioneer, proving that responsible business isn't just good ethics – it’s good business.

Mrs Buckét celebrates 20 years
Commercial cleaning company Mrs Buckét is celebrating 20 years in business.
Founded in 2005 by Rachael Flanagan, Mrs Buckét has evolved from a one-woman operation into a large cleaning company. With its headquarters in Swansea, the business is now on track to achieve a projected £11.5m turnover in 2026, employing almost 500 staff and serving 185 commercial clients across Wales and Bristol.
With a clear vision to deliver cleaning services with professionalism, consistency and care, Rachael grew her venture from domestic cleaning into a multi-million-pound commercial success story.
In 2018, she sold the domestic arm of the business to focus entirely on commercial clients. Today, Mrs Buckét provides professional cleaning services to a diverse portfolio
including manufacturing sites, chemical plants, schools, offices and warehouses.
Alongside leading her business, she is an influential voice in the business community and a champion for women in leadership. She dedicates time to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them build confidence and clarity in their own ventures.
Reflecting on the milestone, Rachael said: “It’s incredible to be celebrating 20 years of Mrs Buckét. What started as a simple idea and a £20 investment has grown into something truly special.
“We’ve come so far, but this is just the beginning. There are some really exciting new contract partnerships in the pipeline, which we’ll be announcing soon. The future is bright, and I can’t wait to see what the next 20 years bring.”
