MAG becomes UK distributor for Ozone generators
MAG Laundry Equipment, a leading supplier of commercial laundry solutions, has been appointed as the UK distributor of Ozone generators, parts and technical support.
MAG was chosen for the role by global manufacturer Ecozone Technologies Ltd, after it was impressed by the firm’s industry experience and extensive customer network, as well as its proven success in
introducing Ecozone’s Super ActiveO product.
As the exclusive UK distributor, MAG will now be tasked with expanding Ecozone’s footprint within the UK, by providing sanitation and odour removal solutions to new and existing clients. Alongside this, MAG will extend its technical support and maintenance capabilities for the thousands of Ecozone products already operating within the UK.
Northwood joins Profit Track 100
Northwood Companies has been ranked No. 30 in the 22nd annual Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100, the first time that the group has been named in the league table.
The coveted Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 is the definitive list of the UK’s private companies with the fastest- growing profit over the last three years. The latest Profit Track 100 reported that profits in Britain’s leading private companies have grown by an average of 59% a year over the last three years to reach a combined total of £932m.
Continual investment in staff, digital technologies, plant and customer service provision at Northwood – a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of away-from-home professional paper hygiene and wiping products – has helped the business to achieve a record average profit growth of 70.46% over the last three years and secure its place in the league.

Last year, Northwood invested more than £7m in its Birmingham facility to increase its total daily output of toilet paper rolls to 2.5m and created 27 new jobs.
