DIAMOND TOOL FOR THE JOB HTC produces a unique range of diamond tools to cover all procedures from concrete grinding to wood grinding. all the way from the tools to the grinder and finally, the dust extractor. Dust collection is a crucial part of the grinding process, first and foremost from a health point-of-view but also to prevent surrounding areas being filled with dust.
For efficient dust collection a competent dust extractor is required. HTC’s dust extractors come in several sizes, ranging from the handy HTC GL 25 D to the new HTC D60. The HTC D60 has been especially designed for floor grinding, and in particular together with DURATIQ grinders. It features innovative technology in line with the DURATIQ platform that will benefit users through remote connection capabilities. With many ergonomic properties that facilitate day-to-day work for operators when grinding and when transporting the unit, the D60 is a robust dust extractor, but even so, it is compact enough to be handled by one operator without assistance.
All our Dust extractors use a HEPA filter system with Longopacs for dust collection. Meaning less dust and silica is present on site and disposal of dust is safe and hygienic. Our dust extractors have been designed for symmetry with the HTC grinders but that’s not their sole use. With a HEPA 13 fitted and the most innovative technology in the dust extraction market they can be used for all many of dust extraction needs across the construction world.
