TRACKING AT YOUR FINGERTIPS


Independent carpet producer, Whitestone Weavers, is to launch imminently, an online facility enabling customers to check stock availability in real time, place orders and then track its progress.


Said Sales Director Phil Hartley: “The online facility is another way we are supporting our customers by enabling them to check the status of their order at anytime – day or night.”


Customers wishing to use the service are asked to sign up to receive an information pack explaining how the facility works. The information pack contains a branded mouse mat and login details/password unique to that particular customer.


Once a customer receives the information pack they simply visit the Whitestone Weavers website, login and

enter the order code or customer reference number given in the pack.


The scheme, which has already been piloted has proved very popular and is available to all Whitestone Weaver’s customers once the very easy signup process has been completed.

FIFTH YEAR AS WINNERS FOR F. BALL
