Digital Slim™


The new Digital Slim™ is a lightweight cordless vacuum cleaner, engineered for nimble, high performance cleaning.

A lightweight aluminium wand reaches from floor to ceiling and can be detached for compact spaces like car cleaning. Weighing just 2.3 kg DC44 has a balanced weight distribution for high, low, awkward and in- between spaces.

Radial™ cyclones. Two tiers of smaller cyclones work in parallel to increase airflow and extract more microscopic dust. It is mounted on a ball making it highly manoeuvrable and light to pull.

A motorised cleaner head combines anti-static carbon fibre filaments and stiff nylon brushes to tackle dust and dirt on any surface – capturing fine dust on hard floors and ground-in dirt from carpets.

The technology:


• 2 Tier Radial™ cyclones: Other vacuum cleaners still rely on bags or filters to trap dust, losing suction over time. DC47 uses two tiers of smaller cyclones. Two tiers of cyclones capture more microscopic dust. The smaller the cyclone the faster the air spins, separating more microscopic dust. Every angle of each airway is honed to ensure microscopic particles – as tiny as 0.5 microns or 1/5,000th of a pin head - are spun out of the airflow and captured in the bin.


• Ball™ technology: Sitting on a ball, DC47 is lightweight, manoeuvrable and has a low centre of gravity for negotiating tight turns and getting around furniture. Coupled with a central steering mechanism,the machine is the light to pull, can pivot on the spot, and follows obediently without snagging on corners.


• Dual channel floor tool: Two separate airflow channels, allow suction to be distributed evenly for dirt pick-up across all floor types. The tool has two sets of active edges which agitate the carpet pile to remove more dust in each movement. An articulating neck works in tandem allowing the cleaner head to pivot 180˚ without losing floor contact.
