A bustling property, occupied by busy fi nancial and insurance businesses, needs a washroom system that fi ts such a discerning clientele. Here, Vendor fi ts the bill.
Hardwicke House is a Jones Lang LaSalle- managed property in a prominent area of Dublin City. This modern building is occupied by leaders in the financial and insurance sectors and with such a astute client base, Jones Lang LaSalle appointed a full time onsite property manager, Mr Eugene Brady. Upon appointment, Jones Lang LaSalle set about updating all the various washroom systems in the building.
Efficiency Services have the privilege of servicing Hardwicke House for a number of years and recently, in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle, we installed the Vendor Washroom System.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s first impression, after installation, was a small but important point: “There is no waste bin, no more loose
towels, no towels in the bins, or on the floor or in urinals.” The fact that the Vendor Paper towel will not tear was an eye opener. Even when this was discussed at the outset, it is only in practice that the advantages became apparent. The overall look of the system has been commented on by the clients back to Jones Lang LaSalle too: “They look professional; they are clean and bright and fit in well with the washroom sanitary ware.”
From a cleaning and servicing perspective, all the Vendor dispensing units can be topped up. As most office cleaning is scheduled after normal working hours, there is no waiting for units to empty, or replacing product before it has been used. The cleaning personnel just have to check the dispenser indicators to ascertain if a top up is needed, or if there is sufficient product remaining until the next
scheduled visit, and, as there is no bin, the cleaning personnel have a clear area to wash without having to move any objects. The Vendor system is unique in this market; its patented technology of scrim paper towels is simple yet ingenious. The simple clean lines of the design run through the range of dispensers and will enhance any washroom.
