n the last few months, we have collectively been through many changes in


the way we live our lives. As business exists to serve the needs of the people, business has had to change too. The changes were unprecedented and unexpected and the businesses that have done best were adaptable and could make changes quickly and easily. In some ways the virus highlighted what was already in place.


If the core of our business was not in a good place before COVID-19, then it made it harder for us to make the quick changes needed to adapt. We have all been taught

that being adaptable is the key to survival, but despite knowing that, we often get stuck repeating the same things or settle into comfort zones in both our personal and business lives.
