11 Incubators, Freezers & Cooling Equipment New Dual-Action Shaking Incubator
Wiggens introduces the new WS-300/300R shaking incubator, specifically designed for a variety of biological and biotech applications. The instrument provides orbital or reciprocating action and offers variable-speed control with gentle to vigorous agitation. User-friendly operating and safety features guarantee reliable shaking of laboratory glassware. With a transparent cover and fluorescent lamp for easy observation, as well as pneumatic spring supports, complete operator control is ensured by allowing immediate access to the samples.
The wide range of features includes: a large LED display for speed and time setting, operating modes; forward and backward, forth-back, interrupted; temperature range - ambient +5~60? (WS-300), 15~60?(WS-300R); shaking speed up to 300rpm; adjustable amplitude size - 20mm, 30mm and 40mm; high temperature limit setting and open door alarm; up to 9 temperature steps and maximum 200 cycles of repetition programmable for each profile; adjustable 3-step fan speed with defrosting time and period control; larger capacity models are also available, such as WS-600 and WS-600R (83L).
A wide range of accessories makes it possible to use almost all shapes and sizes of vessels, such as, sticky plates, multi-purpose trays, adjustable bar trays, universal trays and multi-pore holders.

Compact and Powerful Cooling Circulators
Cryogenic Labels: Surviving the Most Extreme Environments
Huber Ministats are the world’s smallest cooling circulators. Thanks to their compact dimensions, the units can be operated in very confined spaces, for example in a laboratory fume cupboard or inside a technical plant. Despite their minimal size, the systems are extensively equipped and offer sufficient performance for temperature control of photometers, refractometers, viscometers, distillation apparatuses, reaction tubes and mini- plants. Ministats are primarily used for temperature control of externally connected applications. Still, their bath openings are large enough to permit the temperature control of smaller objects directly in the bath.
The Ministat series comprises three basic models, each of which is available in an air-cooled and a water-cooled variant. Depending on the model, operating temperatures of -45 to +200°C are covered and refrigerating capacities of up to 600 Watt are reached. The efficient pressure-suction pump with infinitely adjustable speed ensures optimum transfer of the heat to the application. Natural refrigerants are used for particularly environmentally friendly operation.
The Ministats furthermore comprise the touchscreen controller Pilot ONE with its 5.7”colour display and USB and network connections. Another benefit is the electronic upgrade function which enables additional features such as programmer, cascade regulation, ramp function, user menus, calendar start, and graphic display. Analogue connections according to NAMUR are available via the optional Com.G@ te module, which allows for integration of the Ministats in plants and process control systems.

Fine Cut Group Ltd has worked side by side with the NHS, Government bodies and private laboratories providing label solutions for over 30 years. Leading the way with durable,
innovative medical labels and identifi cation and marking products for the medical industry, including medical device labelling, clinical trial/sample identifi cation and pharmaceutical labelling requirements.
Producing durable labels and overlays for a broad spectrum of hospital, laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment, and catering for both short and long runs, Fine Cut are able to provide recommendations for a variety of medical label applications, ranging from patient monitoring equipment to analytical instruments.
Durable and permanent are two of the main criteria required when sourcing labels for the identifi cation of laboratory cryogenic samples. The specialist ‘Cryo’ polyester meets this requirement and also has a specially formulated adhesive that allows for long term bonding when used on plastic cryogenic storage pots and tubes, which can be directly immersed in liquid nitrogen at -196°C without risk of de-lamination.
Its ability to be used in the harshest environments is paired with its
versatility for the user - available in either sheet or roll format, these matt and satin polyester materials
can be supplied in almost any size and shape. This allows the end user the fl exibility of printing on demand, durable barcode and batch control labels within their own offi ce or laboratory.

Resistance to chemicals and solvents within the laboratory environment is a key element to maintaining full batch and sample traceability. Offering enhanced durability against a wide range of contaminants including Acetone, IPA, Toluene, Xylene and DMSO. The Integrity of the data on a label is critical to the handling and analysing of the sample, and therefore the ability to survive in the harshest of environments becomes a vanguard for the labelling of all samples.
