Personal Surveyor Auto Bump & Calibration Station Makes Datalogging and Reporting Easy


Gas Measurement Instruments (UK) offers full bump, calibration and charging options with a simple user interface through its Auto Bump and Calibration Station. Once placed into the Station results are logged automatically. The Station can be used as a stand- alone device from which you can easily download data to a memory stick (supplied with software) or to connect directly to a PC via a USB cable. The PS200 software, flexiCal, enables log data to be retrieved and viewed in an easily-readable, time-tagged format. This information may then be saved to provide a permanent historical record. Stored in column format, records can be transferred to spreadsheet packages easily.


Other accessories available for the PS200 Series include, rubber boots (seven different colors), gas test kits, manual bump kit (no power required), in-vehicle charging adapter.

The Personal Surveyor range, the novel multi gas detectors from Gas Measurement Instruments (UK) presents its latest model, the PS200. The PS200 is robust, compact and


detects LEL, O2, CO and H2S. With 15 combinations of these four gases, the PS200 can be tailored to your requirements to provide single or multiple gas detection in an easy to read format. In addition to displaying all gas readings simultaneously, the user can also initiate a manual test at anytime by the simple push of a button. This state of the art multi-gas detector is sold internationally to industrial and petrochemical safety markets.


As standard, the product pack comes with a USB cable (with universal adapters) that acts as a charger and communications lead - just like your mobile phone. A handbook CD and quick operating guide are also included in the pack.


Bump and Calibration tests are carried out in only 60 and 90 seconds respectively and the internal memory can hold up to approximately 180 bump logs. Warning alarm features include red flashing lights, a change from green to red display, vibration and highly audible sounders that ensure an optimum warning notice to keep workers safe in confined spaces.


With T4 temperature, IIC classifications and ATEX intrinsic safety certification (as well as MED B and E), the new PS200 confined space gas detector has been designed to comply with your industry safety and confined space requirements.
