Some Helpful Hints to filling out your application form:


Application must be under the name of the


person joining. Example. Signing up a daughter, sister, spouse their name must be on the application form.


person must fill out a seperate membership form. The payment method can be done by a sepa-


rate name not the individual joining. Example: Put Daughter name on application joining and Mother Name in Credit Card space to pay. Be sure of what you are purchasing. It takes


months to refund a purchase. Information about what you are purchasing


is located on the membership form. You will receive an order number that is


proof of membership until your tags arrive. If renewing you do not have to resubmit your


birth date when asked. Takes a week to 10 days for your tags to ap-


pear in your mailbox. All renewals must send in an application


form either by mail /email or website. Information has to be verified and re submitted by us for con- firmation of correct address/phone # etc. If you have questions we will be happy to

This is for Kids under 18 to express how much they enjoy their Equine Friend. Requirements are: Explain why they wanted


a Horse/Pony and what Discipline they do. Show off their accomplishments. Explain what life skills they have learned. A single picture of them together. Name of Child and what breed the

membership has expired in order to keep costs down! Check your tags and you will know when you expire. Our mem- berships run from Jan 1 to Dec 31 each year. It does not matter when you apply it will expire Dec 31. Information about Memberships will be out in November.
