ind Creek Bethlehem in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley is currently undergoing an expansion and renovation - a $100 million project that
includes a new hotel with 270 guestrooms, a high-end lobby bar, art installations, a swimming pool and a spa.
The project also will add 35,200-square feet of additional meeting and event space to the property, including three ballrooms. When complete, Wind Creek Bethlehem will offer nearly 70,000-square feet of meeting space in total.
"The completion of this project will entice larger meeting groups from the Mid-Atlantic region, allowing Wind Creek Bethlehem to remain competitive in a highly saturated market," notes Alyssa Lippincott, national sales manager for Wind Creek Bethlehem.
Tropicana executives wanted a local presence, and Gilchrist Restaurant was a natural choice with its long history in Atlantic City (a local favorite since 1946). Guests will enjoy its trademark blueberry hotcakes and classic break- fast and lunch choices. Ri Ra Irish Pub features fish and chips and corned beef; Seaside Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; and Hooters Atlantic City offers its legendary chicken wings and beer. Clearly the choices at Tropicana are ex- tensive!
In addition to its restaurants and tradi- tional meeting spaces, Ziereis said the property also boasts some very unique offerings, like Boogie Nights Nightclub, which features a fun, themed experi- ence, ‘70s and ‘80s décor, a new sound system, and a state-of-the-art, lighted dance floor.
