times, with the potential to be touch dry in just 30 minutes and re-coatable in one hour. Expertly developed by Crown’s in-house technical team and chemists, PX4 also benefits from an innovative polymer that effectively ‘locks’ stains away into the primer layer so even the most stubborn marks and discolorations can be painted over. When used in conjunction with an appropriate fungicidal wash, both PX3 and PX4 can also effectively prevent stains caused by mould and mildew from reappearing.


The new formulation includes high-quality polymers to give it an


exceptionally tough scrubbable and stain-resistant finish that won’t be ‘washed away’ through regular cleaning. The new Ultimate Opacity matt paints have also been independently tested by a panel of trade contractors who gave positive feedback about the superior levels of wet and dry opacity, good adhesion, excellent wet edge retention and reduced spatter during application.


Independently tested to ISO 11998 to achieve a Class 1 scrub rating, Clean Extreme Stain Resistant Scrubbable Matt offers an impressive durability level of 10,000 scrubs. The range of quick drying and low odour
