This landing of this Victorian property required extensive repair and restoration with Red Devil filler, Geocel Painters Mate, Polycell Filler


and Zinnser Cover Stain. Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell was used to finish the woodwork, Vinyl Matt on the


ceiling (to flatten out the the uneven ceiling) and base coat on the walls.

This plain new build property was made more individual with


Harlequinn Metroplex wallpaper applied to give texture and warmth, with a plainer paper


from Fine Decor (FD42207) on the remaining walls. Ceilings


were painted with Johnstone’s White Matt Emulsion, Ultra


Undercoat and White Satin finish to skirtings and doorframes.

A striking finish to the exterior of this bar/restaurant in


Shoreditch. The finish was achieved with preparation using a two-part filler for


windows. Sikkens Undercoat and Topcoat for the windows, doors and railings and


Dulux Trade Weathershield for the bright masonry exterior.
