A HAT TRICK OF AWARD WINS FOR MHA MACINTYRE HUDSON

Top 15 accountancy firm MHA MacIntyre Hudson were the big winners at the British Accountancy Awards in September, securing three prizes including the prestigious National Firm of the Year award. The firm were also winners of the Tax Team of the


Year and Large Firm Graduate and non-Graduate Programme of the Year prizes, making them the event’s most successful company. Group chairman Rakesh Shaunak said: “This is a very


welcome accolade for everyone. To win the national award truly reflects the hard work of all our 900 staff across the UK. This award, along with the successes for our Tax team and our efforts with those starting their career in the industry, really showcase the benefits of our employee-led focus and our ethos of bringing true value and understanding to our clients.

KEY APPOINTMENTS STRENGTHEN JRM’S TEAM


JRM has celebrated key staffing changes after successful recruitment for senior positions. The Daventry-based Advanced Engineering and Motorsport company appointed Andrew Miller as chief designer, overseeing the JRM Group Design Office at JRM Headquarters. Andrew, who has worked for JRM for two years, has been promoted to this key position which will see him make the most of his background in both motorsport and road car design. With specialist skills in suspension and engine design honed at Renault F1, Caterham F1 and Jaguar Land Rover resulting in patented work, the appointment will impress JRM clients. Graham Prew has rejoined the
