The Richardson Partnership for Care, in Northampton, celebrated its 30th anniversary with a garden party for service users, their families, staff and guests. Established in 1989, Richardson Care has gained an excellent reputation for providing high-quality rehabilitation and residential care in a supportive environment for adults with acquired brain injuries and separately for adults with learning disabilities. The family business is one of
the few independently owned and run specialist care providers in the country. Managing partner Laura
Richardson-Cheater said: “I’m sure our longevity and success are due to remaining true to the values my parents established in 1989. “We believe social inclusion,

environment we aim to create in our homes.” This year has also seen Richardson Care open its
sixth residential care home – The Coach House provides rehabilitation, support and high-quality accommodation for nine adults with acquired brain injuries.
