BACKGROUND: The company was launched in 1998 and was taken over by Ben O’Brien in a management buy out in 2011. Ben’s wife Nicola joined the business four years ago.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: ID Card Centre supplies access control cards, printers, lanyards and all related accessories and consumables. The business operates predominately in the UK and its customer base is wide and varied so it has experience in many different industries including central and local government, health sector, education, military, charities, events industry, direct selling industry, manufacturing, construction and private sector organisations. It currently has 13 employees.


JOINING THE CHAMBER: “We joined the Chamber to get our name out there. We are keen to use local suppliers wherever possible and the Chamber gives us great opportunity to network with them. It’s always our first port of call whenever we need something.”
