2019 saw the launch of The Sales Manager’s new Recruitment Division. They help businesses find, place and embed salespeople through their unique ‘Sales Academy’ approach. Julie Futcher, MD, combines 24 years’


experience in recruitment and sales with lessons learned from hiring into her own Telemarketing Team. The result? A unique and exciting opportunity for businesses and salespeople alike. So, what happened when The Sales Manager was recruiting? It quickly realised there weren’t many experienced salespeople in the market, presenting a lot of problems for businesses. Luckily, as a sales training company, it was well placed to fill the knowledge gap and provide training to new recruits.

recruitment service. Julie and her team advertise, screen, interview and present candidates and, once placed, offer a full day’s training plus ongoing support. Julie said: “With my

STAYING SAFE IN THE COMMUNITY


Teamwork Trust has helped Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service to promote community safety. Teamwork’s service-users in


Wellingborough – adults with mental health needs and learning and physical disabilities – put together information packs about crime prevention, fly-tipping, home fire safety and anonymous crime reporting. The packs were delivered to


selected estates ahead of the Safer Stronger Neighbourhood Partnership’s new CommuniTea family fun events in October.
