health awareness A group of staff at Cripps Pemberton Greenish, which has offi ces in Tunbridge Wells, Kings Hill and London, have become qualifi ed mental health fi rst aiders, following completion of a training course with West Kent Mind. Sixteen members of staff from


across the business completed the two-day course, which is designed to understand and spot the symptoms of mental ill health, in order to assist employees who may be experiencing mental health issues in silence. Mental health problems


are common across all sectors of society – it is estimated that in any one year, one in four British adults will
