AUREUM FINANCE IS CELEBRATING ITS FIRST YEAR IN BUSINESS
A finance broker specialising in development and investment finance, has thanked its clients for their support after revealing they have facilitated £52m of loans in its first year of trading. Aureum Finance, which provides assistance in sourcing and
structuring loan facilities with a key focus on funding for property, also work with key partners that have an expertise in general insurance, building warranties and latent defects together with a team that offer advice on all regulated personal and mortgage products. Managing director Dean Brown (pictured) said:
“The first year has exceeded our original expectations and is testament to the hard work of the team. It also shows that, even with some economic uncertainty surrounding Brexit, the fundamentals of Britain’s property market mean that our clients are still looking to build new properties and invest in more property stock for the future. We believe that being based in Milton Keynes provides the perfect platform to create new relationships, support businesses and make Aureum a well-known brand.”
