River City Boys and Girls Lacrosse Camp BB Grades 2-9


Come play the fastest game on two feet! Experienced staff will teach and develop campers in the skills of proper stick handling, dodging, passing, shooting, offense, and defense systems. Individual and game simulation drills will be taught through a progressive practice plan in order to prepare the players for game play. Camp will conclude with a full field scrimmage. Full protective equipment is needed including: Boys: Helmet, shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves, and mouth guard. Girls: Goggles and mouth guard. Rental equipment, including a stick, is available through River City Lacrosse. Boys camp and girls camp is separate. Players will be divided into teams by grade. Rowing BB Grades 7-12


Learn to row with the St. Charles Rowing Club on the Fox River this summer. A fun basic introduction to the sport of rowing. Learn the basic aspects of rowing, from parts of the boat, carrying equipment, and proper rowing stroke! Enjoy a safe, supportive environment on the beautiful Fox River while learning an Olympic sport. Classes taught by SCRC coaches, college varsity rowers, and crew. No experience required; must know how to swim.
