Dog Obedience Class! You and your dog will learn the basic obedience commands (heel, sit, stay, come, down and down stay) but the class is so much more than that. You’ll learn tips and tricks on everyday interaction that will make your dog a joy to be around 24/7. Make your best friend even better! The class is nine weeks long, and there is an optional doggie social after every class starting on week two! The first night of class is humans only, no dogs. Current vaccinations are required for participation.

Agility for Dogs Ages 18+

Dog agility classes have no size, breed, or age restrictions! It is a fun and energetic team sport and great exercise for dogs and owners. This is a six-week course. Dogs attend all classes besides the first one, which is reserved just for humans and instructional purposes. The instructor has over 11 years of experience in agility work with dogs, holds a degree in Zoology, and has competed in multiple levels of agility trials. Come on out and meet new people and bond with your dog while learning something fun and exciting!

West Main Community Park is home to the Bark Park, a three acr
BARK PARK ac e, fenced in space for your four-legged friend to run off leash. It is located at
40W101 W. Main Street. A small pavilion and agility equipment pieces are located within the boundaries of the Bark Park, and a swimming pond is just west of the park. Dogs can be off-leash within the Bark Park and while swimming, but they must be leashed throughout the rest of West Main. No permit is required to enter the Bark Park, which is open year-round.
