Corfe Mullen Youth Club News
Well that was an exciting two days of February when we saw a fl urry of snow!
We managed to stay open and carry out the planned programme. While everyone was enjoying the snow, I helped out by using my 4x4 transporting nurses to their patients in Wiltshire with Wessex 4x4 Response – a charity which supports other organisations who require transport in times of need. I’ve got some great scenes on my dashcam.
Our spring/summer programme is now published and is available on Corfe Mullen Parish Council’s website:
www.corfemullen-pc.gov.uk, where there is a link to the Community Youth Club pages. We also publish monthly updates on the Corfe Mullen Community Facebook page. Parents/ Guardians of Year 7 and above, up to Year 13 students, are encouraged to email or call in for membership enrolment forms.
We have recruited a strong Silver group and have commenced their training programme. We will be off to Dartmoor in March for their wild country training. We are still open to new recruits at Bronze and Gold levels. We can offer all three levels, Bronze, Silver & Gold, with experienced, qualifi ed staff and competitive rates.
