FRUIT & VEG PURPLE SMOOTHIE
Smoothies are a delicious way to get your 5-a-day...
MAKES 4
400ml coconut water or cold water
1 banana, thickly sliced 1 ripe avocado, sliced 300g blueberries 1 tbsp ground fl axseed (optional) Handful of ice cubes
1 Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz on high for at least 1 minute or until smooth.
2 Pour into cups and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
HIDDEN VEG SMOOTHIE MAKES 2
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
1 large ripe, pear, peeled, cored and chopped
1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped
200ml pineapple juice 100ml water
1 Measure all of the ingredients into a juicer. Blend until smooth.
2 Pour into glasses. Best served chilled.
