For a faster fruity fi x - try this quick and easy breakfast recipe. 75g rolled oats 1 tbsp wheat bran 25g dried fruit, chopped 15g unsalted mixed nuts, chopped
2 tsp sunfl ower seeds
1 Simply mix the ingredients together in a bowl and serve with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, or plain yoghurt. You can increase the quantities and make enough to last a week – just store the muesli in an airtight container.
