GIVING BACK TO CHARITY

A Northamptonshire-based charity that supports local children, young people and their families at critical times in their lives, celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2019 and is looking for partners to help it continue its valuable work for a further 40 years. Each year, Service Six helps more than 2,000 children

and young adults who have been bereaved, suffered abuse or are self-harming. Chief executive Claudia Slabon said: “During 2019

we’d like to talk to Chamber members about payroll giving, becoming a ‘charity of the year’ and the sponsorship of our high profile award winning initiatives. In exchange Service Six can provide businesses with well-being support for employees and provide PR opportunities while companies will be able to take satisfaction in assisting people.” To find out more call Claudia on 01933 277520 or email claudiaslabon@servicesix.co.uk

FIRM CHAMPIONS EMPLOYEE HEALTH

A national logistics, warehousing and courier firm is urging its fleet drivers, warehouse operatives and head office employees to stay healthy and hydrated at work, by providing free health and wellbeing packs full of information, food and drink. The NX Group HR manager

Rebecca Bateman said: “Our hard working and expert staff are our most precious resource. “As responsible employers we
