APEX MAKES ITS MARK ON THE LOCAL REGION

CONNECT WITH DAVID KUTAS

A real estate agent with international connections has launched a new firm in Northamptonshire. Danelaw Real Estate

opened in August and offers an affordable service to Midlands home sellers. The firm was launched by

David Kutas who was an agent at a boutique Central London agency for several years before becoming involved in corporate relocations for American and Russian clients in the UK, which even involved arranging for one client’s son to be accepted into a Premiership Football Club’s U19 squad. David (pictured) said: “I

always wanted to start my own agency so I worked in different areas of the business to get a real understanding of the industry. “I go above and beyond for

my clients who’ve ranged from Russian bankers to the Church of England.” Danelaw Real Estate is not

on the high street and offers a range of packages. Its basic and premium

internet packages include arranging for the property to appear on the leading property website and arranging viewings, with professional photography as part of the premium package. The full service package

offers everything a traditional high street agent would provide. David added: “We offer

clients a considerably cheaper price for a high level of service because we’re not on the high street. “Our fees are also capped at

the asking price so when we achieve higher prices we won’t make sellers pay extra commission. “Our commission for our full

service is 0.75% +VAT but Chamber members are only charged 0.5% +VAT.” David can also connect

clients who are looking to relocate to, or invest in, the USA with qualified American realtors in every state.

‘WE’RE

AMBITIOUS TO MAKE OUR FIRM THE INDUSTRY LEADER AND AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE

LOCALLY’

began working together in 2010 and in March they took the plunge to launch their own lead generation business called Apex Appointments Limited. Armed with more than 35 years of sales experience

they have seen their business grow every month, launched a new website and have recruited five new staff members. Chris said: “Since our launch the business has grown

every month – it’s fair to say things have gone even better than we expected.

We’re motivated by the fact we

want to give our families the best possible life that we can. We are

confident in our ability and we’re ambitious to make our firm the industry leader and an employer of choice locally.

We want to give our people the best training and

a good environment where they can earn good money. “By the end of the year we want to have about 10 members in the team and we’ll be implementing a clear management structure so staff can see how they can grow their careers with us. As we grow we’re keen to promote people from within because internal people understand the business and its values and the industry.”
