Senior pupils enjoy Curriculum Enrichment Week


The sun shone down on Sibford pupils as they experienced a fabulous last week of term enjoying the delights of Curriculum Enrichment Week. Year 7 spent three nights at the Manor House & Ashbury Hotel on the foothills of Dartmoor National Park. Year 8 enjoyed a five-day residential boating trip on the Norfolk Broads. Year 9 visited the Somme and Ypres to view the Battlefields of World War 1. Year 10 travelled to Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre to live adventurously and Year 12 took on work experience, securing placements in hospitals, law firms, IT companies, car manufacturers and educational settings. They also took part in a full day’s workshop focusing on creating Personal statements.
