Petaluma, CA. ~ Cinnabar Theater closes its 45th season with the Tom Jones-Harvey Schmidt musical The Fantas- ticks, directed by Elly Lichen- stein with musical direction by Mary Chun. The Fantasticks holds the

world’s record for longest- running musical and with good reason:

the audience to use their imagi- nation and follow him into a

world of moonlight and magic. The boy and girl fall in love, then grow apart and fi nd their way back to each other after realizing the truth in El Gallo’s words that, “without a hurt, the heart is hollow.” Performances are June 8-24:

A perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are sing- ing, and the lawn mower is broken. ~

One day a woman got on a bus and sat with her 4 year old daughter. The whole ride she said, “hold on Marge, hold on, you will make it through Marge, just a little further Marge, just a little further, hold on....”

When she got off the another woman told her, “that so nice of you to comfort little Marge.” The woman looked puzzled, “No, my daughter’s name is Ann, I’m Marge”
