The Kartrite Hotel & Indoor Waterpark is the latest creation of Ken Ellis and Arthur Berry III, co-owners of the premier adven- ture destination Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA (Pocono Mountains), which is comprised of the award-winning Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, Camelbeach outdoor water- park, Camelback Mountain Ski Area, Snowtubing Park, and Camelback Mountain Adventures.

Coming to the Town of Thompson, NY in early 2019, The Kartrite Hotel & Indoor Waterpark will add a luxury hotel and the largest indoor waterpark in the state to an exciting array of outdoor adventures, casino gaming, plus golf and entertainment in the Catskill Mountains that will combine for an experience that will have meeting attendees raving.
Situated on the campus of the new Resorts World Catskills, The Kartrite is a luxury hotel that will feature 324 exquisitely designed suites, several innovative restaurants, a relaxing spa, an indoor ropes course, a mega arcade, plus two-acres of exhilarating four-sea- son indoor waterpark space. For meetings, the hotel will boast 11,000-square feet of function space that features the latest in technology.
The new Resorts World Catskills campus also is set to include: a 100,000-square foot casino floor with 150 live table games, over 2,100 slot machines, a poker room and private gaming salons; an entertainment village that will provide additional entertainment and food options, along with a boutique hotel; and The Monster golf course, at one time the largest in the U.S., which is being redesigned by Rees Jones and will reopen in 2019.
Ellis and Berry are recognized nationally as innovative resort developers, and their newest project provides an opportunity for them to raise the bar for family-friendly adventure once again.
