PAUL T. RIDDLE Buffalo,

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed your 'lost'

interview with Paul T. Riddle. Paul is not only one of my favorite drummers but also one of my favorite people and I always enjoy his stories. Keep up the good work. Kudzoo is one of my favorites!

Steve Hyatt, Greenville, SC

Steve: Thanks man! Paul T. is the best. Thanks for reading Kudzoo! - Buffalo

HARVEY DALTON ARNOLD Buffalo,

I was so happy to see your cover story on the

original Outlaw, Harvey Dalton Arnold. I was a huge fan when he was with the Outlaws, but he consis- tantly turns out great music now as well. Long may you rock, Harvey!

Susan Johnson, Chapel Hill, NC

SOUTHERN ROCK HALL OF FAME Dear Michael, Great article on the Hall of Fame project. I can

hardly wait to see the museum become a reality. I hope you guys don’t have the “25 year” rule that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has. I’d like to see Black- berry Smoke inducted before I shuffle off of this mor- tal coil. They are my all time favorite band, and I am

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE 58 years old. Don’t think I’d make 25 years. Thanks.

William G. Anderson Lincoln, Nebraska

William: Thanks for the e-mail. No 25 year rule here. All great bands will be eligible, including Smoke. Our voters will choose 4-5 bands each year in addition to solo stars. I feel sure Smoke won’t have too long a wait. - Buffalo

PRINT KUDZOO! Buffalo,

I have been a fan of your writing since the ear-

liest days of GRITZ. I bought all of youir books and have all 12 issues of GRITZ that were printed. Most of the others I printed off of the web to keep. I would love to see KUDZOO as a full scale glossy print maga- zine. I’m sure I’m not the only one! I’d be one of your first subscribers! I love to read magazines, but there’s not a magazine like yours on the market. Please con- sider it. At my age I do a lot of reading in the bath room, and it’s not easy reading on the internet in the necessary room. Sure, it can be done with pads and phones, or a “crap top” computer, but we need a good, old fashioned magazine. KUDZOO rocks. Ellen Abernathy, Columbus, Ohio

Thanks Ellen: You never know! - Buffalo © Michael Buffalo Smith
