damage had already been done. Tom … Oh, Tom. This one is especially

tough for me. I live in Tom Petty's hometown. Here, he was “King.” I have friends who grew up with him and called him “friend.” When my husband was a kid, he bought guitar picks and strings from Tom, who worked behind the counter at the well-known and popular Lipham’s Music store. It felt like he was just the guy down the street. But, Tom made it big! He was larger than life, but still seemed like a regular guy. Although I never met him,

possibly saved him? I don’t have the answer. What I do know is, if you are reading this, it is not too late for you! Save yourself! Get help! Decide you want to live and do it! I am committed to helping as many

people as I can. Unfortunately, it’s impossible for me to share comprehensive health advice in this brief space a few times a year. What I can do is suggest that you listen to Rockin’ Your Health on ElectraLandRadio.net. Tune in weekdays at 4am and 4pm EST for weekly information on health topics that address mental and physical health. Drop me a line and tell me what you

want to hear. Would you consider being a guest on our show and helping others with your experience? Please let me know. You can also find past shows at http://ourhealthrevolution.net/radio/, 24/7. I promise what you hear can improve your life, but you are the one who must decide to change. It is my goal to help prevent anyone else dying from preventable causes. I’m doing my part. Will you do yours? •

The word on the street was that Tom was touring with a bro- ken hip and that perhaps a blood clot broke loose and caused his heart attack. Now, we know the part about the broken hip was true. The coroner’s report was devastating! Maybe those close to him knew, but didn't let on that he was abusing multiple pain meds, including Fentanyl, which killed Prince and so many others! What a completely heartbreaking waste! Could those who might have known
