Upcoming events:


Thank you to everyone involved in the Lights Switch On event and Christmas Parade and street market in December. It was lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves and showing such great community spirit.


In 2018 we will be working hard to help our members to network with each other and promote themselves more widely within the local community – to encourage our friends, families and other businesses to ‘shop local.’


Members and non-members (fee payable) are welcome at our meetings and we expect to signifi cantly extend our training offering this year, starting with a new breakfast briefi ng (see right).


Please do get in touch if you are interested in joining. Membership gives you access to network regularly with local business people at targeted events and 24/7 in our online community, promote and receive offers / PR with other members, marketing opportunities via websites/ social media, work with local councillors on local business issues, and affi liate membership of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

BCTC Quarterly Meeting: 5.45pm, Tuesday 23rd January, Broadstone Royal British Legion.


All current members are welcome, to discuss local issues and plans for 2018. Speakers, refreshments and SHR Photography will be offering heavily discounted headshot portraits.

Speakers from Dorset HR Support, Coles Miller Solicitors LLP and IT Support Business Ltd will be explaining what the new General Data Protection Regulation means for UK businesses and measures local businesses should take to ensure that they are compliant and prepared.
