Young singer hits the right notes for Cure Leukaemia

An 11-year-old singer from Solihull has released a single, ‘You & I’, to raise funds in support of his cousin who is battling blood cancer. Liam Price, who won ‘Open Mic UK’ at the

NEC earlier this year, has been singing ever since he started to speak and with support from his parents Donna and Kevin and stepdad Adam, he now has his music on global music platforms including iTunes. Liam’s cousin, Harrison Price, is battling Philadelphia positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, a rare form of blood cancer and Liam hopes to raise at least £1,000 for Cure Leukaemia in support of his 12-year-old relative. He said: “Having lost my great aunt to cancer,

seeing the battle Harry is going through and knowing another of my cousins has cancer too, I was passionate about using my voice to raise funds to help support people like Harry. “I’m really proud of the song and I hope

people will download it and donate to Cure Leukaemia.”
