She left Loos & Co., Inc. in the mid-1980 ’s to work with John Rauh at Cableworks in Putnam, CT. Returning to Loos in 1987 , she recently celebrated 30 additional years on the Loos & Co.,
Inc.sales team. Leslee had acquired a broad range of knowledge and worked with many people over the past four decades. She started as a sales assistant, working with rigging shops and distributors. As her experience grew, she managed the sales process for aerospace customers, wire markets , and the US Government. With that base of knowledge, she became an invaluable asset to our sales team and our company as a whole. “Leslee will be missed,” says Robert Davis, Vice President of Sales and
Marketing, “She leaves with us a legacy of dedication, hard work, drive, and determination. She helped build the company into what is today, and I thank and congratulate her for that.” Leslee will be leaving Loos & Co., Inc with fond memories of the
people she worked with through the years. “I’ve met many wonderful people, many of whom I’m still friends with today. I’ve had a wonderful time working with so many engaging, interesting people. I wish them all the best in the years to come.” And we wish Leslee all the best in her retirement. y
Crane Inspection & Certification Bureau Partners with SC&R Foundation

Foundation for a series of grants to be awarded to individuals pursuing skills and/or certification as a Crane Operator or Rigger. Continuing their mission to upgrade the skills and certification
of the current workforce and provide a continuous pipeline of trained and educated workers entering the field, Crane Inspection & Certification Bureau (CICB) has entered into a partnership with the SC&R Foundation to provide worthy applicants with grants for Crane Operator Training and NCCCO Certificate Courses. The grants, which are open to the public through the SC&R
Foundation are awarded to individuals pursing a career in the specialized transportation, crane, or rigging industry. Typically applicants are seeking skills and/or certification as a Crane Operator or Rigger. “We are extremely pleased to assist the SC&R Foundation in
opening up doors to those wishing to enter the crane and rigging industry or for those needing certification to continue their careers” said Craig Epperson, CEO of CICB. Recently, CICB established the first and only career school in the
Houston area approved and regulated by Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools and Colleges to train and certify individuals as crane operators and riggers. “With the aging of the ‘baby-boomer’ workforce and the
tremendous amount of construction occurring from the Texas coast to the Florida panhandle, the current labor shortage has become a crisis” continued Epperson. “By partnering with the SC&R Foundation offering CICB Workforce Grants and promoting careers in the industry with Lift & Move USA, we are encouraging those
