The family run business stock a range of tubs and spas, with 22 hot tubs and three swim spas at their showroom, showcasing the most popular models from the extensive ranges of each of their manufacturers; LA Spas, Marquis Spas, Vita Spas and their latest addition, the American Whirlpool.
“The Marquis Epic Ultimate and the LA Spa HEET from the premium ranges and the mid-range adventure series San Juan are our bestsellers,” explains Steve, “Also the new Marquis Vector range is proving extremely popular.

“We are currently working on four exciting swim-spa projects with some involving Covana automated roof covers.” The family run business is led by Steve. Trevor is the service manager, Ben and Luke are the engineers and Charlotte completes the team by marketing the business, but Steve emphasises: “As we are a small family run company, we value the opinions of all of our staff and each one has influenced the company in some way.” With plans in the 2018 pipeline to include expanding their range or products, their swim spa range and continuing their new development with American Whirlpool there is plenty to keep Welsh Hot Tubs busy.
Previous hard work has not gone unnoticed either with Steve telling of the companies landmark moments: “Winning silver in the European EUSA 2016 Pool Awards was a proud moment for us, it means a lot to have our work recognised by others in the industry.”
