Milestone as 200th member recruited

Future Faces has passed another milestone after recruiting its 200th member in just five years. The organisation was created five years ago to

help individuals network, professionally develop and be recognised for their achievements. Since January this year, Future Faces has seen

its membership grow by more than 55 per cent, a figure which is continuing to grow. At the same time, the organisation received a

record number of entries to its annual dinner and awards last September, and the event was also sold out. The dinner and awards was the third to be

staged by Future Faces, but during the past five years, the organisation’s membership has enjoyed many other high profile events. This has included a trip to London to visit the

Houses of Parliaments, where the group also met the current leader of the opposition, Jeremy Corbyn. In 2016, there was a visit to another important parliament, this time that of the European Union. Pictured are these and other highlights during the past five years. Future Faces manager Anna Assinder said: “I’m delighted by this sustained growth of

members which reaches across multiple sectors. This is testament to the hard work that we are doing to increase brand awareness through strategic marketing and enhance our offering to members. “We are also fostering partnerships across

Greater Birmingham that provide exclusive benefit to members and extending our professional development event series, an example of this is partnering with Aston Business School to deliver the mini MBA taster event series, free for members. “We also pride ourselves on having a network

that is non-sector specific and have therefore been focusing on making membership accessible to every young professional in Greater Birmingham. “I’d be delighted to speak to any organisation

about how Future Faces can benefit their emerging talent, and any individuals who want to be part of this ever growing tribe of future leaders.”
